While stopped at a red light this morning in the pouring rain, tires began screaming behind me. I looked in my rearview mirror and my stomach sank when I saw a truck sliding toward me. I pulled forward as far as I possibly could as I watched the truck veer off the road at the last possible moment and slam into a tree. I pulled over and got out and jogged to the truck as the woman who was driving got out and said, "I'm okay!" Her truck wouldn't start so I gave her a ride to work. She was grateful that she didn't have to walk to work in the rain...I felt sorry for her, but was elated that she didn't hit me.

Exactly!!! Wouldaen a shame to have gotten your new truck totalled... Well at least you wouldn't have to make a trip out to Det to pick up the parts :D

I suppose my time has been sucked up by reading, more boredom, and the lack of intelligent ramblings... but it seems that everyonbe has suffered from that lately

Heheh, yeah but nothing's shocking. I was actually going home...the morning is the end of my day. I was really glad she wasn't hurt.
