My head has felt so dull over the past few days that it has been a challenge to even think straight. I went to a steak-house yesterday and couldn't come up with the words "prime rib" for several minutes, even though that's almost always what I order at such a restaurant. I just feel so goddamn dense in a literal sense of the word...like my forehead is full of mud. And I can't get anything done.

Both rabbits died over the weekend and I buried them yesterday. The heat was likely the culprit even though they had plenty of water and shade.

If it gets any worse, get thee to an ER. I had a friend with similar symptoms — after putting him in the psych ward for 24 hours because they thought he was on drugs, they finally did some real tests to discover he had a large blockage in his heart. And he was 30.

Welcome to how I feel every day. I've tried describing the sensation to therapists and such over the years. Best I can come up with is "like having a head full of cobwebs". It's like a perpetual haze over your thoughts, making it difficult to concentrate? All my life...not to invoke K-CI and Jojo
