My associate director approached me about applying for a position in December, and after interviewing for it and being informed that I was the top candidate for the job...I was told that the suits are considering a degree mandatory for eligibility even though that's never been a prerequisite for that position. So...I'll continue to finish my degree, and if/when a better opportunity is presented elsewhere I won't hesitate to return their loyalty.
