I'm back to work from a long weekend. A really strange coincidence has had me livid tonight for the short time that I've been awake. I had a strange dream last Thursday - a vivid dream where I was being chased by "someone"...I have those dreams on occasion, no big deal, but it is interesting who I run into along the way and how they interact with the dream. In this particular dream I met up with Jess who was my best friend from the third grade. Betsy and I went out on Friday night and I mentioned the dream to her and how odd it was that I dreamt of someone I haven't seen in seven years. Soooo...when I got up this evening I checked my phone messages. There was a phone message from Jess and he left his number. I haven't talked to him in seven years. I have no idea how he got my number or when he came back. My brain has been working overtime, trying to filter what my subconscious has picked up over the past week. I can't wait to tell Betsy and show her the phone message...she knows about the dream and will tell me I'm not crazy. I'm going to try and call Jess tomorrow.
