Three or four years ago, I made a CD of a huge mix of traditional and modern christmas music. We're talking a good 45 songs worth...
I listened to it every chance I could get trying to convince myself that the way back to a nostalgic christmas spirit was through that music.
It didn't work. In fact, I haven't been able to listen to christmas music beyond suffering through it over the loudspeakers in a mall or somesuch since.
