Don't seem like no sun exists
that could eclipse this.

I went to the gym this morning, worked on my chest, spent fifteen minutes on the elliptical runner, and relaxed in the sauna for about ten minutes. They have a pretty nice stereo that plays nonstop country favorites...favorites of someone somewhere. I toss Slayer or the like into my walkman and become oblivious to the boot-scooting racket and how's-the-weather conversation until I'm finished with my routine. I was so hyper after I got home that I didn't get to sleep until about 5 pm, and I would have overslept if my cat didn't wake me up and demand food.

I'm going to my grandparents' with my mom today for lunch, so I can't work out and won't have much time to sleep. Hanging with the family is cool though. I have to find a cheap/used/free atx form factor case for my friend Andy's system so I can get it back into working order. His old motherboard fried and most likely the cpu as well, and the new motherboard won't fit in his case. Da da da...something to keep busy. I really need to O.G. Readmore, and I'm anxious to play music with Matt and put some things into context.

The point of that exercise was at-work boredomkill and testing Sam's patience.

gyms are fun.. lots of sweaty girls that are too sore to put up a fight.

you can get ATX 300W cases anywhere for about $30... when in doubt, eBay. What kinda mb/cpu you throwing in?

Most of the sweaty girls are about forty years old, but there are a few fine forty year olds on occasion.

The problem is that he doesn't want to spend very much or any money, and yet he thinks I can get it assembled with that budget in a small period of time. I had a pII 400 cpu and mobo given to me to help him out. He does very little other than word processing and internet browsing, so that should be suitable. I'm going to see if I can find a spare case somewhere for dirt cheap before I suggest that he spend a whopping 50 bucks and buy one.

try looking somewhere on campus, at Tech there were surplus equipment sales run but various departments, you could usually snag some extra NICs, switches, drives and other various oddities. you could also try looking on the news server too
