I have awakened with David Lee Roth's 'Yankee Rose' plodding along through my mind. My radio alarm didn't put it there, it just appeared. That scares me... It must die.

I fell asleep while playing with my cat for the second day in a row. He has a very loud purr and makes warbling noises when I play with him or give him attention. I have been calling him WonkeyMonkey, Wonkey, or Monkey. We talked about it, and he said that any of those would work since he only hears, 'blah blah blah blah blah' when I speak.

My sleep has been a bit broken and littered with weird dreams, so my uptime has been dull-minded and bleh. It will pass. I think it's from trying to sleep while daylight intrudes.

i'd just like you to know that that cracked me the hell up. yep. here i sit in a dilbert-esque cubicle, trying to be all quietlike when a great guffaw resounded off the faux padding, and all went to shit.
