I hope my new roomie didn't knock anything over, mess on the floor, or throw a wild party while I've been at work.

I got a picture from Danny and Carolyn's wedding...it's not that great, but I uploaded it anyhow.
My boss brought in bavarian cream filled donuts with enough sugar to make my teeth quake.

so you've been reading my journal... interesting you say... well, that's reassuring, sometimes i wonder if i'm not hopelessly boring. of course, my journal is a rather exaggerated version of the bad stuff that happens to me with most of the good stuff left out, but if i entertain you, well that's just fine with me. your journal's pretty cool too.

name your cat something from tolkien. if you haven't read anything of his, read The Hobbit. believe me, it's good. or read something by Terry Goodkind, who is also fabulous. but i say you name your kitty frodo.

I get really bored while I'm at work sometimes and wander around livejournal-land through the friend of a friend of a friend method. I'm not sure on what route I happened upon your journal by. When I look at my journal I usually think, 'I have too damn much time on my hands.'

I read the Tolkien trilogy as well as the Hobbit when I was a teenager...I need to reread them before the movie is released and re-experience that storytelling. Gandalf was always my favorite...there was a description in (I think) the Two Towers of him during a battle scene that wowed me and earned my favor. It described how he seemed to rise up to a Height that made him appear a totally powerful and different person than his prior image...(my memory fails me)...and thus imposes that fact that he is and always has been much more than what he presents. blah blah blah.

I don't think the world is ready for a Bionic-Sherri. You could kick the terminator's monkey-ass without bionic abilities. ...and you can still wear a cape if you want to.

I hope you're feeling okay and not in too much pain. I'll try to help alleviate boredom if you are desperate =)

i've slept off and on all day and now i'm awake and in pain. i'm like one of those horses they shoot after they hurt their leg.

i feel bad for those horses.

and shhh...don't tell anyone, but i'm wearing the cape right now.
