There is a some kind of 'speed-jumping' exploit for counter-strike that I had the displeasure of witnessing this morning. Three or four guys from the ck clan were using it and smoking everyone on the server including myself. These guys are supposed to be one of the best as far as clans go, but I've never seen anything more lame in online computer gaming than I did this morning playing with them. I don't take the game seriously enough to cheat or exploit a bug, but it gets under my skin the same that I can't kill the bastards because they are zipping along through the air.

it's called bunny hopping. basically if you make a right angle turn from 45 deg to your left to 45 deg to your right, you keep the tiny bit of acceleration from the jump, and it builds up very quickly. It's hella lame.

What's even more lame is their battlecom efforts in combination with that shit. I'm searching for a ck website (clan kapitol?) where I can tell them what I think of the players that represent their clan.

I like cs because of it's attempt at realism. Not because of shithead hacks and exploits that change the rules for some people. =/
