For my performance evaluation...

"How the employee feels he or she performed during the reporting period."

I feel that I have performed in a manner conducive to maintaining the high level of service required of the Information Technology department to the students, staff, and users of the University's computing and network resources. I accomplish the tasks that my position requires effectively, and through appropriate teamwork and communication with my co-workers we accomplish our daily goals. Though I have a solid grasp of the normal tasks that my position mandates, I learn something new with each incidental endeavor. Our department is one of perpetual expansion as new technological advancements in computing and networking enable the University to provide even more exceptional services to the students. A couple of examples that I became involved with are the distance education program support-side troubleshooting and the development of the IT online support pages for our department. I think my performance is indicative of reliability and adaptivity.

I feel that I acheived a nominal amount of nade and shiv kills, despite being cheated frequently due to poor university hardware.
