It's friday. Yay. I'm not certain how to start the weekend. Maybe I'll hunt down everyone in the past three weeks who has waited until the last two minutes of an auction and outbid me on ebay.

I was making coffee for the daytime guys and I zoned out. I can't remember if I put two or three scoops of coffee grounds in the filter. I guess I shall soon see.

I went over to my sister's to help her out with her computer and do some laundry. (I've been out of clean underwear for two days, though it's not uncomfortable.) Anyhow, we ordered a pizza and watched television for a while. It was the first time in over a month since I've watched commercial television....she likes the dubbya bee shows...something Girls and Charmed. Charmed was pretty entertaining.

About three-quarters of the way through the show she asked me if I wanted to watch Survivor instead, and I said, "no, I wanted to see what happens on Charmed."
She said, "Oh...this is a rerun..." and told me what happened. Must....not...strangle...sister.

I called my dad and talked to him for a few minutes. My other sister is always creating some kind of problem, and this time I don't know if I've ever been more ashamed. At nineteen years old, she is the MOST immature and irresponsible person I know.I want to go their house and visit, and yet I don't want to. I will though.

I've been playing Rune for almost a week and still haven't finished it. Everytime I think I'm going to just quit playing it, the game changes the scenery and creatures and gives me a cool new weapon. Bastards.

I'm thirsty for a beer.

anyhow, I found out there's a program that makes it so that you have the highest bid up to the point you say fuck it, I'm not going to pay that high any more. (basically you limit it in the program from there the program makes the minimum smallest bid until the end of the auction, or until it reaches the high bid you want to place for the item)

of course... you have to stay on line for that.

There's no program necessary for that. It's called a proxy bid. You need not stay online. Ebay automatically applies your proxy bid for you until your maximum bid has been passed. Even with proxy bids I'm outbid, or someone runs the price up right to my maximum bid...whereas the item is hardly a bargain anymore with s&h. The art in ebaying is letting everyone else do the work and cutting in at the last moment...this would get you thrown out of most real auctions.
