McCain Opposes Gay Adoption in All Circumstances.

Nor is this all that surprising:
On MSNBC's Hardball last night, former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan described how the White House sends talking points to commentators on Fox News.

I got the riding lawn mower that was given to me running yesterday. There's a guy across the street who never mows his lawn. By "never" I mean NEVER. The police issue him citations that he ignores, and then the township sends people who mow it and then bill him for it. I don't think he pays the bills. He's a really nice old guy, but I don't think he's got it all together upstairs. He wanders around town all day and sits in front of the stores on Main street. I've talked to him before and he's the nicest guy...but he's got problems. I felt bad for his neighbors after I saw one of them trying to fight back his 10" grass with a push mower, so before I rode the mower over to my grandma's to mow I zipped across the street and mowed his front yard in a quick and dirty 5 minute job. I'm probably going to do it every weekend.

Mason and I watched Batman (1989) last night on the big screen. I'd forgotten how much I like that movie. Nicholson's portrayal of the Joker is legendary. Seeing Billy Dee Williams play Harvey Dent was a little ridiculous after Aaron Eckhart's role.

Going to the Colts training camp in Terre Haute for a couple hours away from work tomorrow. Peyton Manning won't be in attendance due to his knee surgery. I don't really give a rat's ass though. Da Bears.

gah.. McCain is as slimy as the rest of them... perhaps slimier.

Traditional families eh? That's why a friend of mine had to destroy her life and start again because her traditional family meant the father had a thing for little girls.

Can't let gays have kids nobody else wants. Nope. Send them to traditional families like my example... Learn them some *respect* for values.

I cry foul whenever a politician talks about "family values". That's such an ambiguous, mean-nothing term. What the hell is a "traditional family" in this day and age anyway? I don't come from a traditional family. You don't. Yours isn't. Also, I don't see how you can attack gay couples adopting on the grounds of "family values" without attacking single moms and dads at the same time. I'm sure there's probably a spin-doctored explanation for it that I really could care less about.
As for Williams/Eckhart...picture Two-Face kickin' back a smoooooth Colt 45.

I hate seeing McCain pandering to the religious right for votes, but once again, I find myself lacking anyone convincing to vote for, just like last time.

Talking points to Fox News. Not particularly surprising.

Billy Dee Williams - always wondered if they'd planned to have him reprise his role later on as TwoFace.

In McCain's world they eat butterflies and shart out rainbows. The facade of the heaven-worthy dispels thoughts of any particular ugliness of humanity among their "traditional families"...until something cracks and the congregation speaks in whispered tones in disbelief that one of their own could ever possibly reek of hypocrisy and deception. McCain and his ilk may one day be the topic of those conversations.

violence > untraditional love

that'll fix the world.

I can't imagine growing up in a traditional family. I've barely been exposed to the concept in intermittent windows...and many of those scenes have verged on the dysfunctional.

It's as simple as this. The homos are amoral and diseased. To advocate support for homosexual families is just asking to catch gay. To advocate any kind of TOLERANCE of homosexual relationships will certainly make you susceptible to this contagious disease.

Ah yeah...Colt 45.

I was wondering the same thing about Billy Dee. It would have been an interesting take on the villain if they had gone through with it. Probably best that they didn't.
