I've been a fan for ages, and even at 67 years old he carried one of the greatest voices in rock around the globe. He was always the classiest guy and never let himself succumb to the "rock-star lifestyle" that ended or compromised careers and a public image. My friend Damon and I have had many conversations about him, his career, and most recently his chemo treatments while assuming that things were going well. He will be missed.
