I watched a VH1 documentary on Neil Young before I came into work. After buying Harvest Moon on a whim when it was released, I immediately went out and bought as many of his albums that I could afford. His songwriting paints vivid portraits of feeling. His music inspires my writing and guitar playing to reflect honest emotion and uninhibited humanity. The documentary was intriguing in that he gave the background behind many of his best songs, and what was happening during his life at that time. Um, anyhow...I was pleased.

I bought the new Type O Negative album last weekend because I needed a new tape to listen to in my truck...this song struck me. Yeah, yeah....since everyone else has been sharing song lyrics I thought I might as well join the club......It's been in my head so I'll run it aground here.

Mmmmmmmmm....popcorn, I haven't had a bag in ages. I make sure I burn a little bit of it by cooking it too long. I like the taste of burnt popcorn in moderation...I also like to chew on the kernals after all the popcorn is gone. Now I have to wipe the butter off of my keyboard.
